The Department of Allergy and Immunology is well equipped to deliver:

• Decongestants and antihistamines for medical treatment of most allergies.
• Immunotherapy, a preventive treatment for allergic reactions to such common substances including grass, pollen, household dust anddust mites.This can be in the form of:
  • Allergy shots, also known as subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT)
  • Allergy tablets, or sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT)
  • Allergy drops
